Yes. Just saw that. Not good news per Sean Callahan's twitter page 33 mins ago it says he has been offered the job. Coach Marrow hasnt made a decision yet! Stoops has asked Bo if he can speak with Vince. IMO, we can't let him go. Not only do I think he is a very good coach, but he is a great recruiter. Bo needs to have a sit down with his good friend Barney and either find him an office job in the AD or tell him to start looking for a new job.

Yes. Just saw that. Not good news I've heard that Marrow wont be leaving while his son is still at the school. I remember reading an interview with him once and he stated that because of the money that he made with his previous jobs and the fact that his wife is a doctor, they really don't need him working right now. He is very happy and content in Lincoln. I don't think he is leaving.

I think I'm a little more optimistic than the rest. I'll say 70-30 for him leaving verses staying.

He visited Miami this weekend. Nothing new from my knowledge of his standing with NU, however I haven't heard anything yet either. But he isn't as crucial right now. He wont graduate until the spring if I'm not mistaken. Plus, he is a luxury, not a necessity (like Hooks/Russel).

I really really really hope that you are right. I have the opposite feeling with him. But I hope I am wrong. He could change what our season looks like next year.

We wont get Stringfellow. He has solidified back to Washington. We will take three, and I think we will land both Walker (clearly) and Dixon.

Any word on how it went? I know its an uphill battle, but he is probably the most important recruit right now. Those were some pretty good recruiters that we sent his way, it had to have some sort of impact.

I think you are right with Bama, but I'm not so sure that that will be the case if Auburn offers. While yes, its close to home, he didn't grow up a fan (the opposite actually) and he really doesn't have a relationship with the coaches there.

From the sounds of it, I would say that he did give the coaches his commitment and is just making the public announcement at the all-star game. I haven't heard that he is visiting anyone else. Per him, he really isn't talking to any other schools right now. He will just be hosting Bo and Fisher next and that should be it. I believe the article stated he was visiting Cincy this weekend but that was before Jones was hired at Tennessee. We shall see Yeah I read that in the article posted, but before that I hadn't heard anything about a visit to Cincy. Doesn't matter now though. Cincy is completely out of the picture now and its down to just Nebraska and Florida State I guess.
