If Frost believes that Martinez is not at 100%, he won't play him, a loss is just one loss, losing a player for an entire season due to making an injury worse is just not going to happen especially when you have a coach who was a QB in the past. Frost will do the right thing and protect his players. Frost will likely want to keep Michigan guessing all the way up to the last possible moment.

Even if Martinez is 100% (which I doubt he will be) it would be insanely difficult for us to pull this one off. Mechicken would need to have an absolutely abysmal day and we would need to play near perfect football on offense, defense and special teams. If Bunch starts (likely) I'd say the chance is zero.

Read it this morning and one thing that we should all remind ourselves of when we look at this season: Frost is working with a serious lack of talent and also some really bad attitudes. What Sipple said about the older players is very worrisome, a few bad apples can cause a lot of damage, hopefully Frost and Neal's talks fix that problem. This season started out the gate a lot different than anyone could have ever imagined and my guess is the craziness won't end now so buckle up and enjoy the ride.

If Martinez isn't 100% by game time versus Michigan, we should start Bunch again. I would rather sacrifice the entire season for his health (won't be necessary) than to risk losing our future 4 year starter. And yes, we will lose to Michigan big if Bunch starts.

Mother Nature set the stage for this season with the cancellation of a sure win (and yes, we would have won) against Akron. With that missed game, Colorado was able to take advantage of rust on our part and also play dirty and hurt the only QB on the staff which set the tone for this loss. Bunch is not a starter on any major team in the country yet we were stuck with what we had. He wasn't the only cause but he played a major role in it. We will get better but it will be a rough season folks.
