      From an outside perspective, it is easy to say 'time to go'. However, you do not know the psyche of that locker room or the relationship he has with the rest of the team. Could be a bigger blow if he left.

      There are some parallels that could be drawn with the Alex Lewis vs fan situation and if he should have lost his 'C' or not. Riley, as the insider, decided it was better for the team to keep status quo. Charlie is doing the same thing. Time will dictate if those were the correct decisions.

    Don't think he has been to a game under the new staff. Not saying he is not loyal, I have just not seen it this year. That check he wrote a few years ago says he is. Not to mention the business he is opening just off campus. What is going on around here?

    All he did was run the plays they called. I don't care what they say. They want to sling the ball around 40 times a game and they called that pass play.

    I was a big fan of the Riley hire up until today. What an embarrassment. 1. This coaching staff WANTS to pass the ball first and run second. Won't win in Lincoln with that mentality. We've already tried. 2. Ozigbo > Newby. Newby is a great athlete, but doesn't run tough at all. 3. This coaching staff is completely in over their heads. I wouldn't trust them with a JR High team. 4. Eichorst and Perlman should be feeling just as much heat as Riley for this. We all screamed for a big hire, and this is why.
