I had thought it was still just a proposal. Regardless, I think we should dump read. You do not need a full time special teams coach to be sufficient at special teams. Even if we pretend you do... hire someone who's good at it or give half his money to Williams or a different coach who is good at coaching/recruiting so they don't leave.

If we can't beat Wisconsin I don't care a lot about going to the Title. It's a bonus if we sneak in, but we should beat them if we want to play in the Title game.

I'm trying to decide what I think is the best scenario for us with the Wisconsin Ohio State game. As in, would it be better for us to go in and play against an over confident Wisconsin team that's just beat Ohio State, or do we want OSU to be undefeated when we play them?

I learned in the game thread that in close games male fans REALLY like to talk about balls.

I didn't learn a lot. Last year I thought we were way better than our record. I thought we were probably between the 20th and 40th best team in the country. This year we haven't made as many mistakes (coaches or players) in the 4th quarter and we've been less unlucky. I think we're probably between the 15th and 30th best team in the country.
