  1. Yes that's it. The flexible hose is the one that I couldn't seem to swivel but I will try again. The solid one was fine I just could not screw it to the water line in the wall. But the flexible one screws into it fine.
  2. As far as I could tell when installing it, it turns. I tried to make it not turn with no luck.
  3. Literally the only thing wrong with her statement was the word "half," even though it probably isn't actually wrong.
  4. I don't like how it's being called right now but completely disgree with this post. It's politically correct now to look at the scientific research that shows the serious harm caused to football players' brains at every level and try to do something to prevent it? Huh? It doesn't matter what was done 20+ years ago. 20+ years ago the extent of the damage done to the brain was not known.
  5. Then again maybe the other way around, considering the whole thing was a huge mistake by the refs and none of the six noticed that last play should have never been allowed. Still I get what you mean, it's a pretty special moment, screw up by the refs or not, also one less Big12 team in the top 25 leaves room for one of ours. Didn't see it. But even if they'd lost it would still be why college football > NFL. There's a larger disparity in team talent yet the players are young and any team can beat any other team and sometimes underdogs pull off miracles (by miracle I don't necessarily mean a last second play but by beating a team with superior talent). The worst team in the NFL beating the best team isn't that big of a deal.
  6. I personally didn't hate it, but thought it was a jerk move. It's possible to do all those things you mentioned without getting penalized, like trash talk or... play good defense. He had just made an interception. That seems good enough to me to get into the opposing players' heads.
  7. I find it very unlikely she's wrong. 55% of the population voted in the presidential election in 2012. Let's assume in order to be a "Trump supporter" you have to be a Trump voter, and Trump gets 40% of the vote. So her claim is that 20% of the vote is racist, sexist or homophobic and voting for Trump. If my math is correct that means 11% of the U.S. population is racist, sexist or homophobic and voting for Trump. Is that so far fetched??
  8. Nobody's doing any of that. People are expressing concern at him throwing the ball directly at the opposing defense and hoping he doesn't do it against better opponents. "Against Oregon those two near picks ARE picks and one is a pick 6. " Got it
  9. Now I'm nitpicking, but Armstrong was 89/151 after 4 games (58.9%) last season. This season I think we'll get what we've always gotten with Armstrong. Fantastic plays mixed with boneheaded plays.
  10. Nobody's doing any of that. People are expressing concern at him throwing the ball directly at the opposing defense and hoping he doesn't do it against better opponents.
  11. I think so too. I was reluctant to jump on the bandwagon for this and don't think I complained last year but this is year 2. The team would not be any worse with no special teams coach or with a GA as special teams coach. At the very least drop him down to $100k a year if he's recruiting players and don't call him a coach anymore. I dunno.
  12. I dunno about that, Tommy nearly threw two more picks. He had a decent day and didn't lose the game for us. I hate the "nearly threw more picks" comment. All QB's will have INT's dropped or have passes "nearly picked". The bottom line is that Tommy has thrown 1 INT this year in 44 pass attempts. To me, that's not a terrible %. Going into the year, if Tommy were to throw 6 INT's for the entire season that would be great. I would be pleased at anything 10 or under. I think the near INT comment is perfectly valid against an opponent like Wyoming. When people make comments like this they're thinking about what those throws will turn into when we face a decent opponent. More than likely they will be interceptions. 100% correct. Against Oregon those two near picks ARE picks and one is a pick 6. That changes the game in a very bad way for us against higher quality competition. Ummm...no. DBs drop INTs all the time, NFL included. You're nitpicking a little here. Oregon has more talented players than Wyoming. They're more likely to catch those errant passes.
  13. How did he "post like it is only" them? Where did he say they're the only ones?
  14. Overreaction. Trump himself is those things, so it stands to reason a lot of his supporters are. She just shouod've used the word "many" instead of "half."

  16. I know I could google this but I trust my fellow Huskerboarders in this. I haven't watched much TV in the past 15 years. The only shows I recall watching are The Office, Lost, Breaking Bad, Firefly, Orange is the New Black (not a huge fan), and Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (also not a huge fan). So I need advice! I've just started Parks and Rec and it's pretty good so far.
  17. You left out the most important part, was the guy at least confident in his speed? That's more important than scoring touchdowns. Indeed. It's better to be a super fast guy fumbling at the 1 foot line than a slow fullback from Nebraska scoring a touchdown is what I always say.
  18. Most people "over"reacting are thinking ahead to how we will play against better opponents. The way we finished the game doesn't make the problems in the first 3 quarters go away.
  19. Happy so far. Was too lazy to hook up roku so I just went through ESPN and watched it on the website with my Vue account.
  20. Clemson is currently up 13-10. Earlier in the game they had a punt return for a "TD," except the punt returner dropped the ball too early as he was running in and the other team got the ball. I guess Desmond Howard would prefer this to what Janovich did?
  21. I cheer for all conference teams in their OOC... except Penn State now. I can't cheer for them anymore. I was fine with how they handled things the season that the sh#t went down but honoring Paterno was an effed up move. They're clearly in their own fantasy world if they think that was a good idea. I wouldn't be surprised if in a few years they put another statue of him up.
  22. I feel bad for him now. He looked good 'til 4th quarter.
  23. Let's burn his redshirt for 1-2 series! But Tommy is gone next year. We gotta get someone up to speed. : 1 minute of playing time against Wyoming is gonna do that! I understand if we're blowing out teams in the 3rd quarter multiple times but it doesn't make sense here.
