lol. Some people can't take a joke. For the record, I think Nebraska will beat Missouri. But that doesn't mean the first half of the game wasn't painful to watch. The team was horrible at tackling and it annoyed me so I posted about it. *shrug* I've seen far more venom in a lot of other posts.

The run D has been bad but I still have a good feeling about the game.

They should be higher. They lost to an undefeated team.

I'm having trouble understanding all of the posts saying "we need Missouri to lose so it's easy for us to win the Big 12 Championship. We'll have to win out if they win!!111oneoneone" I mean, do we really deserve to play for the Big 12 Championship if we don't win out? Not really. I want us to win out and if we beat Missouri I fully expect us to win out.

Why wasn't this in the newspaper?

Nebraska's run defense is painful to watch. They need to make a change. I don't know what. But something. At a big linebacker. That's all I've got.

Now that Texas doesn't matter, I want Missouri to win. I honestly don't care about breaking Oklahoma's undefeated heart now that we have a loss. I like and respect Oklahoma. I want us to win, but a #9 vs. #11 match up is pretty good as a final game. I would much rather ruin Missouri's season by being their first loss. Unfortunately the game is at home. Maybe the crowd should boo Nebraska to make it feel like an away game.

That makes 2 of us. I said and thought several times I'd rather go 1-12 and beat Texas than go 12-1 and lose to Texas. But I'm still fine with getting a Big 12 championship instead of losing more games

I think we'll bounce back and beat Oklahoma State. The only other game I'm worried about is Missouri. It's at home, where apparently we suck. I think we were capable of beating Texas. The team was just too emotional, or something. I'm not sure. Or maybe we're just bad.

I agree completely. I'm not worried about OSU. We won't impress anyone against Texas unless it's a blow out.

^ this or every team might as well wear a different uniform every week. we have the label on the tv that tells us which team has what score. that should be good enough. actually, why doesn't each player wear a different uniform? or we could banish uniforms entirely. and Land, you did notice I said "part," right? I don't think the uniform is Nebraska's identity. It's part of it.

Definitely. The only scenario I don't see is them blowing us out. Everything else is a possibility. I would actually be more confident if they were undefeated. Teams that have nothing to lose play better a lot of the time.

I can't believe nobody has posted the video of him from 1993 on Youtube. It was a VHS called "Sixth Straight Big 8," or something like that. (Whatever the # was). And there's a shot of Ekeler in a bunch of that black goop football players put on their face and he had a short mohawk.

That'd rock if they just passed it a ton. I'm not worried in the least about their offense. My only worry in the game (but it's a really big, game-changing worry) is Nebraska turnovers.
