It is now officially Rocktober.

This weekend will be the first home game in 6 years I choose not to attend. Won't be buying a ticket.

What is the closest I can get to the stadium to drop someone off? I am taking my grandfather to his first game in a long time today, and he has some trouble walking (but is too proud for a Handicap sticker). So I need to drop him off for minimal walking and go park. Any help is appreciated!

So the Wake Forest Vs BC game was moved up three hours.  What a great idea!

Nebraska DID open the season with Akron. There was a kick off. 

Martinez DID NOT play.

One of my best bike rides this summer, I did an average of 19mph over a 20-mile ride. The dude currently leading this stage of the Tour de France is going 35mph at the end of a stage 55 miles long.

Weird to have such a good class IMHO and not snuff the Top 100 with any player.  Even if we got Hiles we would have missed out on a Top 100.  Crazy.  Glad stars are not everything.  Still sobering.  Thankful to have Frosty and this coaching staff to create a team out of these players.

So many close games this year. Frustrating to see Nebraska have the talent of a tournament team, but likely won't have the resume.

Question--how's the IT job market in Lincoln/Omaha looking these days? I've heard conflicting reports from the friends I've talked to back home about the job market up there...and I've given serious consideration to moving back to Lincoln if I can find gainful employment. 

Can anyone recommend a good program/website for downloading music off of YouTube without adware/viruses?
