Yeah, I don't care for the graduate transfer allowance either. Not sure how that encourages anything beneficial for cfb. Seems verY unnecessary.

I'll actually retract my statement somewhat. He's more athletic than I gave him credit for, but he's never been approached by his offensive staffs as being a dual-threat - they've always treated him like a normal quarterback.

Zaire is super athletic, Brian Kelly only looks for those types. He also can pass very well. It's not mutually exclusive, that some want to think on here.
