He's good but not great yet. Lets not go overboard I wouldn't even rate him in the top ten RB of Nebraska history. Quote Link to comment

And you gotta start somewhere so why not try and back him and get the spirit goin'? Quote Link to comment
Drowning_in_the_Sea_of_Red
This could very well be a breakout season for Lucky, but he still must show he can run against the very best. His two other 100-yard rushing games? Nicholls State and Troy. Guy's got a point. I guess will see against WF. Quote Link to comment
billdozer15
I would love to see Lucky in the mix for the Heisman. Unfortunately, the media hates NU and even if Lucky was to put up Playstation Stats all year it has already been decided that dousche bag John David Booty from USC is going to win it. zoogs
Lucky's a great player with gaudy stats, but honestly, is there a guy who deserves it more than Darren McFadden? Quote Link to comment

Remember this isn't a life time achievement award, it has to be determined on what happens this year. McFadden could totally bomb yet. But then agian so could Lucky. It's all moot anyway JDB wins because Mark May and ESPN have a love affair with USC and their players. Quote Link to comment

You need two years of hype to even be considered for the Heisman. If lucky does well this year and stays with us, he's got a shot at going to New York next year. Quote Link to comment
DaveH
He and the rest of the offense has to keep it up. Quote Link to comment

Necava Husker
Marlon Lucky for Heisman If he performs anything like the 1st game for another two weeks--in particular, next week--then YES! Quote Link to comment

He could be one of NU's top ten running backs. Quote Link to comment
