I Bleed RED Posted September 10, 2007 Share Posted September 10, 2007 I disagree. I think we would finish 3rd but UCLA, OR and ASU could easily get that spot. All of those teams look tough so far. I would be surprised if we finished below 4th. This is a good year for the Pac-10 and we play a different style. We don't have the DB's to compete with those offenses because we don't need them. It's a tough analysis to make b/c I think UCLA, OR and definitely ASU would struggle big time against BIG 12 defense team speed. Link to comment

And by the way inorder for you guys to win a Championship you have to get players from Cali: Abdul Mahammud, Lawrence Phillups, Marlon Lucky, Sam Keller,Thunder Collins, Amand Green and much more...so We still win when you win.... and Callahan is a Joke!!! You have SC leading the pack (rightfully so), followed by a one man show (D Jackson) Cal team, then a Fucla team who made thier entire season off of beating you last year........Oregon.......gimmie a break, a 1AA team beat MU too.....and it falls off quikly from there. If you would take the top 5 teams from each of our respective confrences the big 12 would likely come out on top. NU-USC=(just to play devils advocate)USC OU-Cal=OU UT-Fucla=UT A&M-Oregon=Oregon (on a bad onside kick call like they did to OU last year) Okie St-ASU=Okie St............by 21. Link to comment

Speaking of the past - I'm sure you were a big SC fan during the "cricket" years. You know those years were USC wasnt even on the map forever.
