REDSTEEL
Kansas-You can't give them the idea that they could actualy compete against us. Haven't we already conceded that over the past couple seasons??? If you consider one loss conceding. I rather HOPE it was a aberation that might happen once in 35 years With that being said one win over any of those teams would not make the abortion of this season feel any better. I rather have a legitament winning record then have the record we have now then a win against any one of those teams. By the way buff fans don't think because some people on here would like a win against you makes it a rivalry. If that was the case why would NU have fired a coach that went 9-3 after beating Colorado at the end of the regular season. Quote Link to comment
BIGREDIOWAN
I would have to say Colorado because they will talk it about if all freakin year if they beat us. Beating Kansas this week would be great, but everyone is going to say "Kansas will always be Kansas!" They won't give us credit for beating a Top 10 team. Quote Link to comment
Glendower
What rivalry??? lol Hahha Thanks. I'm tired of people pretending that there is no rivalry here. Quote Link to comment

Oh there is definately a rivalry and it's not a friendly one and we all know that. It's a bitter, hateful rivalry and the sooner we all accept that the better off we will be. Quote Link to comment

808Husker in KCMO
I can answer this consistently every week. I want the Huskers to win the next game they play. Quote Link to comment
np_husker
As much as I want to beat the Puffs, If we can only win one more I'd have to go with K-State. We at least play CU in Boulder... we have K-Sucks here and we NEED to win at least ONE legitimate home game this year. I for one Don't want to beat Kansas this year. Beating KU isn't going to make or break our year and I actually like KU and would much rather be able to watch KU destroy any hope of Pinkel and his kitties have of actually winning the division. Call me an untrue fan if you must but I think as much as losing yet another game would be, it would be more worth it this year to take that loss and be able to watch Pinkel yet again be unable to pull of a North Title with the best QB in the conference. Good post. I can't stand CU and love beating them, but maybe ending the home season on a win would be good. Also, I like KU too and would like to see them play in the Big 12 Championship. I certainly don't want it to be Missouri. Quote Link to comment

Whoever wins the game between KU and Mizzou more than likely plays in the title game unless Mizzou screws the pooch. Quote Link to comment

Last 3 games: KU 80 - NU 68. I don't think there is a logical argument that they don't think they can compete against us. Quote Link to comment

The Bully (Yes other teams consider Nebraska as the bully) can't let the little kids know they can stand up and beat him. I for one never think of Colorado as a rilvary game course I grewup in the 70's and 80's and Oklahoma was the only rival. Quote Link to comment
fatirishhusker
I vote for Colorado. Losing the K-state at home would be tough, but not as tough as all my friends that are Beefalo fans emailing me to talk trash. Quote Link to comment

Compete in my mind meant beating. Hard to say your competing when you lost all the games except one in my 38 years. Quote Link to comment
