chamrocck
I also wish Blue a full and speedy recovery. I enjoyed seeing him play more and more last year. This gives other guys a chance to show they can play. It will be interesting to see who emerges as there will be much playing time to be gained. Quote Link to comment

Igetbored216
Here's a story from the OWH: Published Wednesday | March 5, 2008 NU Football: CB Blue will miss spring BY RICH KAIPUST WORLD-HERALD BUREAU LINCOLN — Nebraska will go through spring football practice without cornerback Anthony Blue. Coach Bo Pelini confirmed Tuesday that the sophomore-to-be suffered a knee injury recently in winter conditioning. The severity of the injury was not immediately known. Blue played in all 12 games last season as a true freshman, including two starts. The 5-foot-10, 175-pounder from Cedar Hill, Texas, was credited with 18 total tackles and one pass breakup. Blue was expected to go into spring practice as a candidate for a No. 1 job at cornerback. NU must replace seniors Cortney Grixby, Zack Bowman and Andre Jones. Only Armando Murillo returns with starting experience. Contact the Omaha World-Herald newsroom Copyright ©2008 Omaha World-Herald®. All rights reserved. BIGREDFAN_in_OMAHA
Hopefully he heals well and when he comes back is as good as he is now. I remember how Willie Amos was never the same. Quote Link to comment
