Blue Suffers Knee Injury

Recommended Posts

He either tore his ACL, LCL, meniscus or cartilage, or all of the above at the same time. At the most, with medicine these days, he'll probably be back practicing or at least conditioning by July or so.

It's different from person to person. But after last year with how we rushed Bowman back, we should take it slow with Blue. He has his redshirt available, so that is a plus. If he doesn't heal entirely or until late in the season, he could likely apply and get a medical redshirt as well.

yes we could redshirt him but NU needs him with only one other corner with pt, I know I should look at the bigger picture but losing him could really hurt the team next year

Agreed. No need to rush it.

That really sucks for him. Hoping for the best!
