Igetbored216
It's a 2008 pre-season poll. I mistyped. What I meant to type was, "How in the world did NU get 17 votes based on last season's performance (i.e., the hoooooorrible defense)?" For anyone saying that NU's schedule is easy this season (which there are a few), NU faces five top 25 teams during the season; two of which are in the top 10. Looks like a tough season ahead, but luckily homefield advantage is on our side. I'm looking forward to it! Quote Link to comment

MNBIGRED
Steve Supperier always votes Duke in until thier first lost i read that somewhere. I think he coached there at a point in time, but apparently he changed his mind Quote Link to comment

Bleeding Husker Red
Nice to see there's still a few voters out there sending a little love our way Quote Link to comment
huzkerbob
Not too bad considering last seasons' disaster. I think we'll finish in the top 15 when all is said and done. Quote Link to comment
Micheal
at least they don't have notre dame ranked. ya this one seems more realistic than the one put out by ESPN i think it was Quote Link to comment
mitch93
Yep, top 15. Top 15? Are you sure? We'll see but top 25 would be my HOPE. we've got a pretty tough schedule this year. Idk, top 15 sounds too good for us this year, imo. But i seriously wish. Quote Link to comment
