Anyone else but me notice that they didn't do this cheer before the game? Was there a reason for this or was it just bad pregame festivities management?

Probably because the tunnel walk video wasn't working right away.

yeah, a little disappointed it didn't start up...especially when there was down time between the first video and the tunnel walk one

It was poor management as the cheer leaders were running down the sidelines with the big letters they hold up for the chant when the tunnel walk came on. The student husker power was interrupted though because it was occurring during the band's performance. Should see it this weekend though, anyone else notice how awesome the wave was this weekend?

Just another tradition that this staff is trying to throw away....................................................wait what year is this again? Sorry I'm a little behind the times.

 

For what its worth I was doing the cheer in my basement before the game.

all i got out of the wave was the kid that was drunk as eff next to me (literally, he was belligerently screaming "i'm not an alcoholic i just need more beer and vodka" the whole game) ranting about how gay the wave is and every time it passed back through it was "if that f*****g wave comes through this f*****g place one more time i'm gonna shoot all you mother f*****s"

Haha..it took like 3 tries to get the wave going..i counted it goin around 5 times...not bad
