"Again ..... again ..... again ....." Well, down at Kansas State, the Wildcats apparently got some extra running in at about 3 a.m. after returning home from a 38-29 loss to Louisville. Topeka Capital-Journal beat writer Austin Meek broke it down in his PowerChat blog. Wrote Meek: "The Wildcats did indeed get some extra conditioning work (38 50-yard sprints, one for each point surrendered) in the wee hours of the morning after returning from Louisville. They also quite clearly were instructed not to talk about it. Asked about the late-night jog, Antwon Moore answered with a wry smile: 'That was on the schedule.'" Hey, it worked for Herb Brooks. He was already being considered but this pushed him in the pool of nominees for sure. Will Prince make it a 2 week sweep for the Wildcats?
