Green is 6'4" 225, 4.6 and is already at NU! NU needs to recruit faster DEs. Saw OU ends Beal and Alexander flush Robinson from the pocket, but they could not run him down, he was to fast, with 4.5 speed! Fast DEs are critical to the pass rush and guys running 4.8 or worse are not gonna get it. UT rushed Kindle, 4.5 speed at LB/DE and Orakpo at DE 4.5-6 speed! Quote Link to comment
redout22
This list has some pretty nice company but I don't think that we will get anyone who is considering us. Quote Link to comment

BobA
Cody Green and his family were decked in Husker gear as he watched the Gator Bowl today with the Houstonians for Huskers group. He's a really great kid and he'll make a great Husker!! Quote Link to comment
jkstlrnu1
I think Im switching to be a Tulsa fan. Getting a guy on your team named Shavodrick Beaver has to be a good sign Quote Link to comment

VA Husker Fan
i wonder why thaddeus randle wasn't on this list but was first team all state There's a real disconnect between the all state team and the fab 55. I don't know why. Randle wasn't the only one. I don't see 2 of the other 3 first team DLs. And #2 on the Fab 55 list was only 2nd team all-state. I suppose part of it might be that the AP all-state team is based on high school performances (and reputation), whereas the Fab 55 looks to be based on college potential (and reputation, perhaps in a different way). Kind of like a college AA team would be different from pro prospects. And some is probably a difference of opinion between the Fab 55 pickers and the all state pickers. Fab 55 also includes all classes, but still, it's dominated by 5A, with at least a couple of notable 4A QBs. Quote Link to comment
