JGS30
I got my copy of the Big 12 Athlon Preview yesterday. Here's a quick breakdown. Unit Rankings (Nebraska) (All Rankings are conference, except where noted) QB (11th), RB (4th), WR/TE (10th), OL (3rd), DL (2nd)(10th Nationally), LB (8th), DB (3rd) Division Finish North Nebraska Kansas Missouri Colorado Kansas State South Oklahoma Texas Oklahoma State Texas Tech Baylor Texas A&M More to come... Fourth overall at running back?!? Besides OU, I can't name another team that has two proven HBs returning. Who did they rank ahead of us? Please tell me it's not OSU, or even worse CU! OSU has one of the best backs in the conference returning. Correct. OU is 1, OSU 2, Mizzou 3. OSU makes sense, but Mizzou? I guess Washington is a 1,000 yd back... but geez, Roy almost was, and he was a backup! Yeah Mizz is too high. What was KU? I'm curious to know all their position rankings....do you mind sharing them? Quote Link to comment

JTrain
It wouldn't surprise me to see the same thing as last year happen in the Big 12 South, only with Oklahoma State replacing Texas Tech. I can see all three teams going 11-1 and splitting their head-to-head games. It's hard to imagine any of the North teams beating any of those three, although upsets usually do end up happening at one point or another. Quote Link to comment
JTrain
Also, can't wait for this... it's gonna be a great season. (Although, why is the VT facemask white?) Quote Link to comment
JTrain
Let's play guess the top nine... 10. Ole Miss (already announced) 9. Virginia Tech 8. Ohio State 7. Alabama 6. Penn State 5. Oklahoma State 4. USC 3. Texas 2. Oklahoma 1. Florida Well, here's how they turned out: 10. Ole Miss 9. Oklahoma State 8. Virginia Tech 7. Penn State 6. Alabama 5. Ohio State 4. USC 3. Texas (link) 2. Oklahoma* 1. Florida* * These haven't been confirmed, but I'm just assuming they would never do a blasphemous thing like not putting Jebow at #1. Quote Link to comment
