typ3kal
Just looking at the commits we have for 2010 already and those that have given verbals so far for 2011, it appears we are going to have a division championship worthy team come 2013-2015. Quote Link to comment
TheCheshireCat
If we pull in Aaron Green and assuming both he and Moore are 5-stars, which they should be, yeah we could have one hell of a class next year. I really hope so. Quote Link to comment
EZ-E
The Westerman or the Welter kid would be huge as well. Next years class is really looking like a special class. As for Tyler Moore, hes from Florida, there isnt too many kids from his area of Florida that tell Urban Meyer "no." Quote Link to comment
Billyball
5 stars are not coming here unless we get this thing turned around. While lessor talented kids may look on a struggling team as an opportunity to play right away, 5 star players assume they will play right away and want a team that is competitive. We need to win and win often from here on out. And regardless of family affiliations it's going to be tough to get an instate 5 star away from UT or FLA Quote Link to comment
The Maudfather
Remember when everyone was preaching gloom and doom about this class? Quote Link to comment
TheCheshireCat
5 stars are not coming here unless we get this thing turned around. Â We have a 5 star here already. Tyler Moore is supposedly the best O-linemen in the nation for next year's class. Pretty much everyone assumes he's a 5-star or will be. Aaron Green is supposed to be the best RB or one of in the nation. Also most likely a 5-star, and we have a decent shot at him. Â As for getting and KEEPING them, that could be a different story. But we've got one signed up already. Thank God for legacy. Quote Link to comment

5 Star doesn't mean you will pan out, but more likely than not you will be a difference maker.  Suh was a 4 star, but he was ranked 53 in the nation by Rivals overall for players.   The system is a little flawed, but 3 stars and above can pan out to be NFL quality.. anything less than that I probably wouldn't bet too much money on. Quote Link to comment

Notre Dame has proved that as well. What have they done recently? Nothing. And their recruiting classes still remain highly ranked every year. Â Roy Helu was a 3 star kid. Zack Taylor was a 3 star kid. Jared Crick was a 3 star kid. NU will bring in talent. Pelini is proving that with the amount of freshman that have contributed this year. Quote Link to comment
redout22
Speaking of the 2011 class I saw Dagan Reed play this last Friday. He tore it up having 4 TD's. 2 running and 2 recieving. It came against a Pittsburg team that wasn't very good but he still looked really impressive. Quote Link to comment
Hunter94
we have a helluva lot of work to do when it comes to recruiting...period. Quote Link to comment
NoKoolAidForME
I think I will wait to see how the next couple of years play out. My first interest is signing day this Jan. IMO we would be better served hoping for the team to finish up this season strong. Quote Link to comment
