I meant to post this earlier today. During the KU/MU game it was announced that Suh won this award.

 

On a side note, they just announced that Colt McCoy is the Offensive Big XII Player of the Year during the Baylor/TTU game, which btw is a close game at the moment.

I saw it during the Squawks/Tigers game I think. It was the programs picks and not the official Big 12 pick. That along with other conference honors will be released sometime this week building up to the ccg.

Well during the NU/Colorado game, the announcers said that O'Hanlon, Suh and Crick had all won National Defensive Player of the Year awards this year, and they said it more than once.
