T_O_Bull
Considering who has the first pick, I hope the Rams are listening and believing this. T_O_B Quote Link to comment
akhskrfan
Todd McShay has the same thing. http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/draft10/insider/news/story?id=4901957 Quote Link to comment

akhskrfan
Mel Kiper > Todd Mcshay Mcshay is paid to have a different opinion. I do agree that he is paid to have a different opinion. He does not say that McCoy is better than Suh, just a better fit for what the Rams are looking for. Quote Link to comment

But for him to say that is like saying that your team doesnt want Peyton Manning because he doesnt fit into what they want to do. Quote Link to comment

In the video he said he doesn't care what order they are that they are the two best tackles. Quote Link to comment
MUTigerFan
I've been following the Rams since they got to St. Louis, and followed the Cardinals before they moved to Phoenix. There's something about the St. Louis air that addles the brains of NFL draft pickers. I fully expect the Rams to select a place kicker in the first round - but not the best available. (The Cardinals once drafted a one-eyed quarterback... "Guess that explains why he was always sacked from the left side.." Quote Link to comment
husker4life83
That's why he works for a TV channel and not an NFL team. There is to much upside to Suh to pass and take what fits your defense. 1 Quote Link to comment
huskerfan92
Todd McShay has the same thing. http://insider.espn.go.com/nfl/draft10/insider/news/story?id=4901957 if you compare McShay's mock drafts to Kiper then you'll see Kiper's is astronomically better. Quote Link to comment
North Alabama Husker
This is crazy to think mccoy is a better pick but i hope it happens and suh ends up at a better franchise Quote Link to comment
ESPY
This is crazy to think mccoy is a better pick but i hope it happens and suh ends up at a better franchise Begs to ask if you really think the Lions, Bucs & Redskins are much better? None of those teams would pass on Suh if the Rams say 'no' to him. IMO he'd better off with the Rams than the Lions, but not necessarily the Bucs or Redskins. Quote Link to comment

I agree that he'd be better with the Rams, Steve Spagnuolo's a good defensive coach. The Redskins may not be bad as he would get to play alongside Haynesworth and Orakpo. Quote Link to comment
Touchdown Tommie
It would be crazy for the Rams to pass over Suh, but they are the Rams and have made interesting picks in the past. I hope to God that he does not end up with the Lions....they should not even be allowed to play in the NFL anymore. I am sure they would draft a WR anyways.... Quote Link to comment
bball_backer
I'd love to see Suh as a number one pick just as much as everyone else, and would like him to get that kind of money. However, if he would drop from number one, i'd like him to drop to number three. he has a much better chance at winning with tampa bay (an up and coming team) than with either of the first two Quote Link to comment
