zoogs
Pretty sure Nebraska has just stayed in the Big 12 These conferences should just switch names (except the Big 12/10 is about to get torn about.) Go Big 10/12... Quote Link to comment
knapplc
This is good in so very many different ways. Welcome to the Huskers, Big Ten! Quote Link to comment
MattDoza
"According to Dan Beebe, Jim Delany told him the Big Ten wasn't after any other Big 12 schools. Sorry Missouri." How will they round out the conference now? Quote Link to comment
GSG
So I'm still listening to Delaney speak. Correct me if I'm wrong, did he say that the BTN will be showing Husker sports even though we'll still be competing in the Big XII this academic year? Quote Link to comment
GSG
And how classic was it when TO said, "I'm glad the vote came back unanimous. We know I've had some votes not go my way before." Quote Link to comment
GopherSkuUMah
Grats guys, welcome to the Big 10! Quote Link to comment

Time Warner better add Big Ten Network to their lineup. Quote Link to comment
Zaimejs
This is great news. The best news is if we lock in an Oklahoma game every year to start it all off! Whoot.!!! Quote Link to comment

FLU
When will Nebraska start playing the Big 10 schedule? I was planning a trip to Boulder in 2011 to see them play Colorado; that's why I was wondering. Quote Link to comment
muffler dragon
"According to Dan Beebe, Jim Delany told him the Big Ten wasn't after any other Big 12 schools. Sorry Missouri." How will they round out the conference now? Someone else's rendering of what Jim Delany said in his presser: He's on live now on the BTN. Also did not rule out Texas...won't talk about any particular institution right now. He said he puts a high premium on confidentiality in the process & not "embarrassing ourselves." He said the conference may not expand more, might make smaller moves, or might make seismic moves. Very cryptic. 1 Quote Link to comment
secretasianman
Academic integration with the Big 10 starts immediately. Athletic integration begins July 1, 2011. This is the last season of Big 12 football for Nebraska. Quote Link to comment
