Apathy
I'm surprised nobody has brought this up. He got hurt in the 2nd quarter I believe and didn't come back out. I asked my buddy who listened to the game on the radio and he thinks they said it was something about his shoulder but wasn't 100% sure. Does anybody know? Quote Link to comment
knapplc
The TV guys mentioned it in the second half, saying it wasn't that serious and that he was unlikely to return. It almost sounded like if the game was tight we might see him again, but not in a blowout. Quote Link to comment

I remember the TV guys saying it looked like a stinger. But he was sure down on the field a long time. The glimpse on replay looks like the Olineman mandhandled him to the ground..... surprisingly no holding call. Quote Link to comment
Apathy
Thanks guys....thats good news just didn't want to see another starter go down by injury Quote Link to comment
Enhance
The left tackle for WKU grabbed Meredith and twisted his shoulder as he pushed him into the ground. I wouldn't necessarily call it a dirty play but more or less Meredith just putting his body in a bad position and being injured. Quote Link to comment
notherplace93
As he walked off, he looked fine, prob just a stinger. The reason the refs probably didn't call it was they most likely were worried if WKU's QB was still alive after Crick had just demolished hime. That was a CRAZY hit. Quote Link to comment
NshawU
People "in the know" are saying it's more than a stinger. It looked like a dislocated shoulder to me. He also came out in street clothes for the second half. Quote Link to comment

HuskerJosh
http://www.flickr.com/photos/53480567@N08/4960885442/ That looks precautionary more than anything. I don't think he'd be wandering around smiling and taken pictures with a separated shoulder. Quote Link to comment

ZRod
I highly doubt it was a dislocated shoulder, he walked off the feild unassisted and wasn't favoring/holding his arm like you see with most dislocations. Granted some people hardly feel anything when they dislocate something. It was just a weird play Crick nearly killed the QB and Cameron looked the like lineman tried to make him bite his own knee sideways. I thought he could have got the wind knocked out of him too as bad as he was twisted when he hit the ground. Quote Link to comment
