So, putting your hand inside someone's facemask is not a facemask? It is significant b/c it was on a potential TD pass in the end-zone. He accidently got his pinky in there for one second. To me that's not a face-mask but I guess it's debatable. But in any case a ref is never going to see that live so you'd never get that called in a game anyway. Link to comment

Expect no sympathy here, especially after the way refs trashed us against Texas. There will always be a human element involved in football, which is why complaining about the referees is futile. Sure, it didn't help you, but it didn't completely hurt you either. Missouri had chances, they didn't capitalize - perfect example would be getting shut down 1st and goal at the one yard line. And all the definition's of face-mask I've found uses the word "grabbing" and I would not consider that grabbing his face-mask. Link to comment

They will only call it a facemask if you hook your fingers around the facemask, and Prince obviously didn't do that. Link to comment
