Instead, he's dumping off to Rex. If we had a better passer in the pocket, we could stretch the field. Right now, our offense is Rex. You gotta be sh*tting me. We get no push from the Oline on runs plays and can't pick up the blitz on passing downs......yet a pocket passer would make us unstoppable. Thanks for the insight. Hey Einstein, they're teeing off on us because we're not a deep threat. Having an extra back to pick up the blitz is fixable, as is completing passes downfield to get them to back off on the blitz. Until they respect us deep, they're going to continue to send more men than our O-Line and backs can handle. Hey genius, until the Oline learns to block somebody we're gonna have "problems". Hey genius, any time a defense sends more men than there are blockers, *any* O-Line is going to have problems. It's basic f*****g math. Oh, and see, they're going downfield now.
