95huskers
I was looking at some of those stats yesterday. The Fighting Erstads are in the mix in several categories. Quote Link to comment

KC Cowboy
Update: Runs: 2nd Hits: 3rd Scoring: 4th Slug %: 7th Batting %: 7th Fielding %: 19th Home Runs: 10th Double Plays: 14th Doubles: 16th Earned Run Avg: 121st It's cool to see the best offense in recent memory materialize before us. No doubt we are an offensive juggernaut, and heck, I was even pleasantly surprised we were 14th in double plays. If we are going to play late into the season though, we HAVE to find some pitching. Even if one guy steps up, there's no reason we can't make this a long season, but so far I haven't seen anyone stand out from the pack. Quote Link to comment
VectorVictor
The Purdue/Nebraska series will be a critical lynchpin for the Big 10 conference overall. They need to be showing all three games from Haymarket Park, not just one of them. Quote Link to comment
huskereddie
The Nebraska Stats are impressive!! Good thing we didn't schedule UNO.....it may have hurt our averages...lol Quote Link to comment
flatwaterfan
Players are doing a great job. They put in a lot of off season work and from what I hear in the baseball pregame shows the players have a great approach in their at bats. This is a credit to the new staff. Quote Link to comment
