Flood
I admit it could be either, but these guys sound like UCLA homers. A couple rough examples off the top of my head: Abdullah does pretty well for a small backup without a lot of speed. Martinez should have improved, dammit. Of course, he stunk for two years, but after all he is a junior now, and everyone else in the league improves, so this is nothing special. Nebraska might be able to keep up, but this UCLA team has been talking adversity all week. Those are paraphrased, and I will also acknowledge they have said good things about both teams, but the good things they say about our team always seem to come with a BUT. Also, how about all that RED in the Rose Bowl. Not a mention of it. It looks like one helluva Husker turnout. Quote Link to comment
Count 'Bility
yes, bias. I know this is a national coverage game, but fox and pac 12 are lovers. Quote Link to comment
southernoregonhusker
One of the guys in a UCLA alum. Quote Link to comment

zoogs
It's just you. Sorry, but Husker fans are disgustingly sensitive to this. If an announcer isn't slobbering all over us then they hate us. C'mon. 2 Quote Link to comment

IAHUSKERS1
Talk about blowing your wad all over yourself, definitely a UCLA LOVER or he is just passionate about football. Quote Link to comment
Fuzzy
bias, they wanted a UCLA upset and splatter it as Mora bringing UCLA back. Quote Link to comment

hskerprid
It was blatantly apparent how biased they were. Quote Link to comment
I See Red People
I don't see how it was biased. A young UCLA team runs circles an experienced NU team on national TV, with a new coach. It was a coming out party for UCLA. I'll admit that it is tough listening to Gus when your team isn't doing well. 1 Quote Link to comment
808Husker in KCMO
I love Gus Johnson. If the Huskers were playing well, he would have called DONU's series' with excitement. Quote Link to comment
