Comish
Looks like a fairly even match-up. Similar records and similar results agains the better teams played. Huskers are offensively challenged but Smiles indicated today he is moving to less of a democracy among shooters and is planning to lean more heavily on the better shooters to carry us. Because it's at the Bob............I've got the Huskers by 9. What say you? Quote Link to comment
Omaha-Husker
Jacksonville St has beaten a bunch of nobodies. Nebraska should win comfortably, if they struggle it will be a season low point. Quote Link to comment
FriendlyLurker2007
currently watching ohio st. vs winthrop...good game so far Quote Link to comment
husker_hurdler
I say Nebraska by 10 Quote Link to comment
Omaha-Husker
Solid half. Nebraska was down 7 at one point, but goes to the locker room with a 7 point lead thanks to some stout defense and a 16-2 run to end the half. Quote Link to comment

PaulCrewe
Jax State is a very sound defensive team. With the offensive struggles, and they were shown in the first half, this second half should be very competitive. Need to keep abusing them inside with the big guts Quote Link to comment

I agree PC, they can't match up inside and if we defend the 3, we will be fine. Quote Link to comment

Omaha-Husker
UGLY win. Sure a W is a W, but they did not play well tonight. Conference play is going to be really tough to watch. Quote Link to comment
PaulCrewe
This its exactly what they will see in conference with the exception of a strong post game. Teams will be all over Talley and Gallegos like tonight refusing to let them get on a streak. Ubel can't get in foul trouble and Shields must continue his impressive play. As ugly as it was, it was still a win for a squad where seven wins was thought to be a realistic number for the total number of wins this year. Quote Link to comment
