if i did have to label my political beliefs, i would say i sympathize most with libertarian socialism. but i really do not believe that my beliefs are that radical. i just think individuals deserve more power and we need protection from the all powerful moneyed institutions and multinational corporations.

I would venture to say that a vast majority of people believe their views are not radical. They seem perfectly logical and normal to them.

i think people know when they are far from the mainstream. i would imagine if you asked a member of the black panthers if he/she was radical, he/she would proudly say yes. but when i say that i do not think my beliefs are that radical, i mean that i do no espouse great social upheaval. a few minor, but important, tweaks and we would have a government/society i could fully support.
