NUinID Posted October 2, 2015 Share Posted October 2, 2015 I doubt it will be 20k. That's the kind of number you'd expect if Nebraska were in the hunt for something or expected to be in the hunt. It may look like a lot, depending on what Illinois fans number, but 20k seems like a giant fantasy. You underestimate the number of Nebraska fans there are that live in the Chicago and St. Louis areas. It is about a 4 hour drive to Champagne from either city. It would not surprise me if 5-8000 fans each were coming from those two cites. Quote Link to comment
