Wont be happening anytime soon with the recent events and a "positive time" with the spring game Saturday. Miles reports directly to SE. Therefore when reviewing whether or not to retain someone, he should do research and know where things sit. When you have an employee who isnt performing and you review whether or not to retain them, part of that review should be the status of their team/direct reports. He is so disconnected from everything. Totally agree. We're stuck as long as he's employed by the Univ. of Nebraska. It's gonna be a bumpy ride kids... No pun intended Quote Link to comment

So to pretend like he shouldn't know the pulse of the teams (football and basketball) is sort of crazy.
