Shawn Eichorst continues to be the problem

Recommended Posts

Pretty sure SE said after the announcement of retaining Tim he'd meet with the media as towhy that decision was made after the final four. Wont be happening anytime soon with the recent events and a "positive time" with the spring game Saturday.

He SHOULD address everything in regards to the basketball program this weekend but won't

The CEO of my company would have zero ideas on which entry level employees are looking at other opportunities.

Miles reports directly to SE. Therefore when reviewing whether or not to retain someone, he should do research and know where things sit.

When you have an employee who isnt performing and you review whether or not to retain them, part of that review should be the status of their team/direct reports.

He is so disconnected from everything.

Totally agree. We're stuck as long as he's employed by the Univ. of Nebraska.

It's gonna be a bumpy ride kids...

No pun intended

I get what people are saying but make no mistake...SE is here to make sure football does well...then down the list is basketball. So to pretend like he shouldn't know the pulse of the teams (football and basketball) is sort of crazy.

His job is not number crunching and deciding if the price of a runza at the stadium should go up...
