In all actuality, the one thing I really want is hope.

Trenches OL and DL.  Sets the tone for a tough team and we can get enough skill guys to flourish.  Our problem has been an occasional skill recruit but we have done nothing to build the OL and DL foundation.  So you get a QB under duress all the time...at least TA could make something out of nothing but Lee has to fire it high or throw INT's or take sacks.  And the DL...after Suh did what he did here we should have NEVER had a problem recruiting DL...one of Pelini's biggest downfalls IMO.
