huskerhaze
I read he didn't even have a Motorcycle license. Quote Link to comment
DaveH
I guess Bradshaw had told him a month or so back to ditch the motorcycle till he retires. This may go on record as the first time anyone should have listened to Terry Bradshaw. Quote Link to comment
Alex 4.0
yeah i heard that on espn radio at work today. Sounds like he is in stable condition and will be out of there in a couple of days. Lost 2 teeth and chipped a few others but his knees and everything else are going to be fine. He will not miss anything really... Quote Link to comment
Foppa
I read he didn't even have a Motorcycle license. Does it even matter when your profession requires you to stay healthy, especially in the offseason? Great decision-making Quote Link to comment

Does it even matter when your profession requires you to stay healthy, especially in the offseason? Great decision-making He hadn't renewed his license so it lapsed. Seven hours of surgery to due to multiple fractures in his face. I'm sure there were plastic surgeons involved. Otherwise maybe he'll wear a Phantom of the Opera mask under his helmet. AR Husker Fan
It's going to be interesting to see how he performs under a good rush - I can imagine it will take a while before he doesn't flinch when a defender is barreling in at or near head level... Quote Link to comment
gamecocks
I heard that his jaw is going to be wired shut. If that is the case then I can see Ben losing a lot of muscle due to the fact that he probally can not have much solid food. I just don't see how he is going to be ready by the start of the season. kc_husker
They say now it does not have to be wired. Can have soft foods. Six to eight weeks to recover. The guy is very lucky could have been alot worse. Quote Link to comment
dbetz23
He got fined for not wearing a helmet and for driving a motorcycle with no license. The fine came to be 1% of a regular season game check. Quote Link to comment
