I like it. Alabama recruits over their early commits every year. My guess is Frost wants to make in-roads with guys he likes in the event they are forced to decommit by Alabama and need a Plan B. Normally i would say this is spot on - however with the staff turnover and slight changing of the guards at the top i would say that some kids may be choosing to decommit. Quote Link to comment

Yes. Not that its true but if I was recruiting why not try to sell the narrative that game was a changing of the guard. Start of the fall of a dynasty. Jump on board since we are heading up not down.
