I may be recalling incorrectly but I don’t think he admitted to much wrongdoing and then somewhat suspiciously the charges were dropped or not pursued. So, I would guess if he was never officially charged and exonerated, that they can still bring charges. I don’t think it would fall into any double jeopardy type situation. Link to comment
