Like another poster said, if you don't tackle the scheme don't matter. With that said, I would like to see a 3-4 defense. Speed kills, took TO years to realize it, and putting some fast and strong LB's can only help the situation. That is, if they can tackle.

I voted for slightly warm, only because of the way we are losing. It is one thing to lose a heart breaker, however to get man handled like we did on Saturday is something different. Bo has had too many of these losses.

I think there were lots of positives during the game. Now that I can look back without the emotional tie in, the offense played well, overall. My BIG concern is that Martinez reverted back to bad mechanics when he felt pressure. Beck has to do a better job with the play calling for sure. I do believe we will be competitive in the B1G this year,IF, the defense can figure it out. All bad news, no. But lots to improve before we face Wisconsin.

It is real simple. If we struggle AT ALL against Idaho State, we are in for a LONG season!!! That game should be like a throw back game in the 90's 70-0!!

I think we will go 3-1 at worst and maybe 4-0. The reason is because none of the teams have a bye week prior to playing us. If my memory serves me correctly, they all had bye weeks prior to our game last year. I remember there was a lot of discussion about this on here. Wiconsin - Will not be tested at all in their Non-Con games and will have to come to Lincon, so to me that alone says WIN!!! Northwestern - We won't screw that up again...... WIN!! Ohio State - This is the one I worry about the most. They will be so PUMPED up for this game. They are at home, they shouldn't have lost the game to us last year, if Braxton doesn't get hurt, they probably don't. The revenage factor alone makes me worry. Finally, Meyer vs. Palini!!! In this type of match up, a offensive genious versus a defensive genious, you would think we have the edge, but it it Urban Meyer!! LOSS!!! Michigan - I have faith that we will be able to contain Robinson at our house. I think that it is a tall order for them to come to our house and beat us like they did last year. This one I am going strictly on faith. WIN!!! I do believe if we go 3-0 prior to Michigan, we will finish 4-0 in that stretch.

MORE FOCUS!!! Without this one thing, it doesn't matter what offense we use. The guys need to keep their head in the game!!!!

Great comments, but I think that Iowa will give us the best game they have played all year. They want to make a statement!!! If we come out flat we will lose. I think we need to come out and jump all over them. Use the short controlled passing game that brought us back against OSU and them exploit their secondary down the middle with our TE. We need to surprise them with our offensive game plan and once we have a couple of TD's on them, ram the ball down their throats. We need to show them that coming west is a very dangerous place to play. Just my thoughts.........

They will be adjusting the schedule before the 2013 season. So we won't get the cupcake schedule.

BTW, where has Carl been??? This is the second game now that I don't recall them showing him.... With the way our "D" is playing you would think he would be getting lots of air time!!

Seriously, this is the same crowd that was saying we had a "Brutal" schedule in 2011 and 2012 and that we weren't getting any favors from the BI0. Now your saying we didn't play anybody. AMAZING!!!! We played the best that the B10 could put in front of us and we have done pretty good.

We will end up with 9 wins again this year. Why was that an exceptable win total for TO but not BO??? UNBELIEVEABLE!!!!!

We beat ourselves again.... It is getting old watching this over and over.... That is the only thing that I pin on the coaches, the team played without disipline today!!!

I agree on the comment about Paterno's son. It was a good interview up until he ask him about his dad. You could see he had been doing all that he could do to keep his composure, then you ask that question.... Unprofessional!!!!

It is plain and simple. We lost because our "D" could stop them.. You can blame the "OC" all you want, but when push came to shove, our defense couldn't make a play to stop the Northwestern Offense. That is why they were able to score the last TD. TMart played one hell of a game and we needed the "D" to show up like last week, and for some reason they weren't ready. That is on the coaches. WE LOST BECAUSE OUR COACHES WEREN'T PREPARED!!! This is my first posting, but I have been on this site for a couple of years and for the most part it is very informative, however, you can't blame Beck for this loss, it is BO and Carl on this one.
