Was at Big Red welcome the other night and saw Rose and a #98, didn't realize it was Valentine. Dude looks like he's in good shape. Definatly doesn't look 325 any more.

Watched a Rivals practice summary vid for Monday....at the tail end, it showed video of LB Marcus Newby. He's not small....he's been putting in some time in the weight room.
