I am very interested to see how bowl games turn out this season. IMO, the SEC is over rated and the BIG is under rated. Minnesota and Wisconsin started off the bowl season with convincing wins for the BIG. What are your predictions for the rest of the games? I can see the BIG going 7-2. Not similar at all. One QB leaves shortly before the start of the season, robbing a scholarship from a deserving walk-on. The other QB leaves before the start of the spring semester.

If grades had nothing to do with it, and if he was low on the depth chart at OLB, he would have made a nice project for DE. At 6-6 and 220, another 30 pounds would have given us a very athletic DE.

How many college football teams have a domed stadium? That may be a major recruiting factor.

The loss of Morgan and Ozigbo are enormous, but I have faith in the offensive staff. As you said, defense next year is unknown. At a minimum, we improve by 4 games just because of a much weaker schedule, and no lightening for game 1. I am hoping we can blow out some early opponents and get Mcaffrey some reps in case we need him.

Why did our D-line get blown off the ball so often and allow mediocre to bad rushing teams to have record days? Is it poor athletes, or is it too easy for 5 players on the OL to push around 3 DL? When you allow the opposition to run the ball, everything else gets easier (slant to the slot).
