  1. It’s known Scott wants his people taken care of, that’ll be where the checkbook is opened.
  2. It’s a prop bet, same reason Northwestern started as a 1.5 favorite and now are 1.5 point dogs, the money sways the line.
  3. I think ladyhawke may be on to something in regards to Tom’s visit to UCF, but I don’t think it would’ve been an official offer or anything like that. “Hey Mr. Moos welcome to Nebraska, listen the day after Iowa you’re going to fire Riley and hire Scott Frost, ok thanks!” I can imagine something to the effect of “Scott, you’ve done great things down here, you think it might be time to come home?” Then Tom tells Bounds/Green/Moos his response.
  4. Yeah the ISU dudes are playing hard and well, but so are the UCF kids. After listening to Moos today, there is little doubt in my mind that he’s evaluated Frost and reached out. Im not claiming to have any inside sources or anything, but ex players are saying he’s coming home, he’s on record saying it’s his dream job. I think Frost is coming.
  5. Look at their 247 football board, they have the 18th ranked team in the country and their board has been dormant for 10 hours..... lol just checked the thread again and their last post was by a Husker fan
  6. Kiss it goodbye and recruit Florida where Frost is a known name. Hit New Jersey hard, we’ve had success there and reestablish our footprint in Texas. We will be fine as long as we win.
  7. Has really good weight as well. Usually kids this tall are string beans
  8. Only way that's true is if Johnson and Deommo and Lewis all want to come here, which is HIGHLY unlikely. Not necessarily in this instance, if Johnson and Blades are in they could have told O to look elsewhere
  9. There is rumblings that space concerns have came up as of the last couple days.
  10. Looks like Oregon is firing their secondary coach after a DUI arrest I saw the post on Facebook and you guys are correct, don't know how it read secondary on the post, my bad!
  11. Just watched him pick off Russell Wilson, he's been a super solid rookie... I remember being so upset when he switched to LSU. Good for him, seems to really have grown into a stud
  12. According to his bio on the uconn website over his four years at Notre Dame they allowed 19.08 points per game, which is pretty impressive. Also the year he was at Cincinnati should not be overlooked as they ranked 3rd in the nation in TFL per game game (8.46 per game) and 10th in sacks per game (2.85 per game)... He's a players coach and chose us over others, I think he's a great get
  13. This is my exact concern. https://n.rivals.com/news/class-of-2010-top-25-recruiters-1 Always been a stud recruiter
  14. My only knock is Coach Auer left Chadron State when O'Boyle did, he went to Souther Illinois for a time but is currently at Western Colorado State as their DC
  15. ^^^^ this +100 They must have said blocked field goal 10 times finally in the fourth the dried up old guy corrected Ed
  16. Better than hearing what's his name blabbering on about Kelly Stauffer's cell phone and giggling like a school girl
  17. His last offense was in 2008, not known if alcohol related or not.I'm really curious to see what happened... That could play a major part in what happens. Based on the charge I think it's actually his 4th
  18. Wow, 8-10 years. Is that right? If that's the case then maybe we should put away the torches and pitchforks. Or at least hold off till we know all the facts. : Someone above said he had citations in 04, 06, and 08. The nature of those citations aren't known but we know 2 are DUI so the latest one is no earlier than 8 years. Seems to reason that he may have fallen off a wagon and needs to get right. Well according to the research I did all of those arrests would need to be dui's to qualify for what he is being charged with....http://www.transportation.nebraska.gov/nohs/pdf/al3dwi.pdf Also the "washout" period for Nebraska is 15 years so all past offenses would be relevant. I chose to respond to your response because I agree it looks as though he fell off the wagon, maybe had past issues with substance abuse

  20. This kid is going to play on Sunday's... I know he won't suit up in college for another couple years but having seen him play and just the amount of athleticism.... I can see him playing TE, DE or an OLB in a3-4
  21. Guys it's rubbing him the wrong way, all of it. "40 year old men worrying about an 18 year olds decision, smh" that's not verbatim but close. Everyone needs to just trust the kid... He may have a good relationship with Williams but the only reason he gave us the time of day to begin with is the relationship his father built with Riley. Look at all of the good things he has done for us? He is committed to the University of Nebraska football team, not any of us. Shame on the people pulling that s&@t on Twitter and here
  22. I was so thrilled they took Jano here, especially when "higher rated" prospects like little Gronk were still on the board. I also like how Elway always tweets a little comment about the prospect.... Congrats Andy!
  23. A lot earlier than I thought was projected. I bet he moves inside though and makes an impact, in time of course.
