Quietest game I’ve ever been to. Sad to see that too many fans are as fickle as the players we complain about not buying in. As a guy behind us said, “I think too many fans show up to keep their streak alive than stand behind the team and make difference.”

  At 7-27 with nothing more than one boneheaded mistake after another ..... Honestly, I would have a lot of trouble getting very engaged at that point. Sorry but the team has to care more than the fans do. Nebraska fans will be into it when ever it is possible for them to be. And sorry if your game attendance experience wasn't what you hoped but it wasn't the fans fault. The fans aren't in the top 100 reasons we didn't win today, and they never will be.
