  1. Offense had 445 yds and twice the first downs. It was turnovers, penalties and questionable play calling in the red zone.
  2. How does that the game of golf can humble us so regularly? Just when you seem to have your game "dialed in", that you can play a round on the same course you shot your PR best a week ago, and it looks like you don't even know how to play the game?
  3. Love some of the comments. "Make it Pay Per View and pay off the National Debt"
  4. The kid you referred to was in Wisconsin. Or I assume you were talking about Rittenhouse.
  5. As a Nation waits, I don't think this is the way GA should respond. I love the Huskers, but if my job was to finish counting ballots, for an Election that occurred on Tuesday, that I would be talking about taking Saturday off to watch football.
  6. I agree with you on a lot of this. I own/use/fire numerous guns. There are many ways we can introduce responsible legislation. But, to the bolded above, you are being misleading, though maybe not on purpose. There are no current sales of automatic weapons in the public sector with RARE exceptions. If you are making reference to AR-15 style weapons, you have completely overstated the firing rate. AR-15's are capable of about 600 rounds per minute at the extreme, but that firing rate would melt the barrel. They can sustain between 300-400 rounds per minute, but definitely not with accuracy. There were workable solutions that received bipartisan approval during the Clinton Admin. Perhaps we should re-visit some of those.
  7. When Kerry was running, he had a National Flat Tax all figured out, at least according to his math nerd team.
  8. You make valid points regarding influence. I listened to the edited podcast, and it seemed pretty obvious he was speaking figuratively, but his followers may not take it that way.
  9. tbf, Kathy Griffith actually held a visual depiction of Trumps severed head...I didn't hear about an FBI investigation for her.
  10. https://abcnews4.com/news/local/lindsey-graham-says-hell-donate-500000-to-trumps-legal-defense-fund What??
  11. Huskers 35 Wildcats 24 185 rush 215 pass
  12. Wife and I just voted. 15 minutes and not much different turn out at our polling place than past years.
  13. Kentuckians must still like Mitch. I though McGrath had a shot.
  14. I will definitely try Nebraska's https://www.mccormick.com/recipes/appetizer/black-bean-and-corn-guacamole
  15. I certainly don't think "bizarre" or "detached from reality" when I read this. I think their mindset is pretty typical Midwest farmer: “Everybody wants to put people in a box so we can decide right away if we hate you. You’re a Trump supporter! You’re a Biden supporter! We hate you!” he said. “We need to quit that as a country. You are who you are, and I am who I am, and I can love you even if I don’t agree with you.” In Henderson, word spread quickly among the tightknit set of farmers about Mr. Rempel’s burning equipment. Everyone knew it happened at a crucial time when corn needed to be harvested and hauled to market. The urgency was all the greater for Mr. Rempel whose wife was days away from her due date with the couple’s third child. Neighbors and friends from church brought over casseroles and homemade cinnamon rolls. Mr. Rempel’s sister set up a GoFundMe page called “Burned Farmer” where donations have topped $100,000. And under a silvery sky of a frigid recent dawn, a line of combines and tractors rumbled across the horizon and pulled to a stop in a gravel lot. Some two dozen farmers descended their vehicles and gathered for a prayer before they got to work. They came from neighboring farms and as far away as Colorado to help Mr. Rempel finish his harvest. “Welcome to my life,” Mr. Rempel said, taking it all in, “where people are good.”
