Personally, I have always thought Hooks looked like a better prospect than even Toby Johnson. This guy will be in the pros if he can stay healthy and he looks like an athlete not a bunch of fat to make the weight. We really need Lavon, especially now that the others are not in play.

I sure hope Bo has that figured out by the time we play Georgia, if he doesn't I doubt I will even watch the second half.

Why is it that we expect these 17 and 18 year old boys to be so mature. Maturity at this age is a lot more the exception than the rule. Either way I'm fine with whatever he decides to do as long as we get Priest.

We NEED both. We are too thin now and have to have talent to develop to replace them when they are gone. And we have shown that you have to have depth at the line positions, those guys seem to get nicked up or knocked out a lot.

Probably none of them. They had a really good looking class going and several could be good additions to ours,but kids that decommit usually stay with their original top 5 unless their position is filled at those schools. Or is this just a wish list of their commits?

I just hope with Baker out and our dinged up guys we can still pull it out, we are really lucky Rome stayed. We are facing a different quarterback who is older and doing better than Stave was. They have a little more passing threat this time, I think it will be another close one but I don't think we have the luxury of giving them as big a lead this time.

Samsung plasma has the highest failure rate of any tv on the market, just a hair worse than the insignia's and other no name tv's. Samsung's other technologies scored well. Panasonic is your best bet in plasma, but not in LED. Personally sharp has vastly improved and the quality is there in the better sets, best bang for the buck. And I would go 55" or bigger I still regret not doing it. Even my wife doesn't think our 50 seems that big any more.

I also have great hopes for the futures of the young men you are talking about. But I also have great hopes for next season as do the coaches who are heavily recruiting a JUCO DT.

My thought was more about the comments that we would never take 3 or 4 DT's. We have a big class available and a position of need. Of course no one really knows if a guy is going to be a stud or not, that's why you take more than you normally would and let the cream rise to the top.

I really could see us signing 3 DT's if the spacing works. If you have a solid 2 year guy that can play immediatley next year, Toby who will redshirt and rehab then play 2 years and then bring in a talented freshmen who redshirts and has 4 years left. It is completely in the realm of possibility. It would help the talent gap, we will be better next year but need immediate help and would give us a guy coming up in the future.

I don't think we would turn any high quality DT down until we had 4 signed. Personally I like this guy better than Johnson.
