  1. Well, I'm fortunate that I have a good NFL team to watch at least.

  2. Folks... We are in Husker Hell.

  4. After watching and analyzing, theres no amount of clock management or decision making that woulda prevented illinois from moving down the field in the manner that they did. At the end of the day, Gerry let a man behind him in the closing seconds. They gained 50+ yards in one play.

Sure it does. Time is a factor. We don't know if the same thing happens given different circumstances.

  6. I know he muffed a punt but why didn't DPE play more? I remember a screen pass he caught. Did he get hurt again?

And actually you haven't stated any facts. You're hypothetically saying Illinois would have scored in the same manner with 15-20 seconds as they did in 50 seconds. That's ridiculous. You're wrong and I say good day, sir.

Maybe, Illinois does score given only 15-20 seconds on the clock. Maybe they don't.

I don't have a problem telling you all day that the coaches managed the clock wrong at the end of the game.

You are wrong, sir. You can defend the coaches all you want. But you are wrong... It. Wasn't. The. Right. Call.

It could have still been a win. You know it's like this. Ohio St came close to losing to Indiana. Michigan St. came close to losing to Purdue... But they didn't.

Hahaha, they would have had 15 seconds to go potentially 70-99 yards if the coaches managed the clock right. If Illinois would have scored in 15 seconds we'd be talking about a whole different coaching issue. But we're not.

  15. Defense played great. Offense on the road with bad weather and a very questionable officiating crew, meh. If the coaches can get this team to play a full 4 quarters to their potential we will have a great ball club. Let us give them time, gentlemen.

  20. We just fell to 2-3 against an Illinois team with a crappy QB and an interim head coach.

  22. How does Chip Kelly sound to everyone? Maybe we can snag him from the Eagles? Ohio State only stuck with Fickle for a year.

  23. Who's on your shortlist for our HC next year?
