I think it actually has to do with people attacking KJJ on Twitter now that he isn’t coming here. But, it’s a good lesson for fans in general.

The point of my post is to show the affects of people teeeting at players/recruits. It it needs to stop.

I tend to be fairly conservative when it comes to taxes and regulations. But, I didn’t feel one bit sorry for the financial industry. They screwed the entire country by causing the banking crisis and recession. Seems to me the industry isn’t responsible enough to be deregulated. Now. Let’s talk about how it affects the sports program.

I completely agree with this and have thought this for a very long time. There have been lots of leaders on the Democratic side that have completely used and abused the black vote. Some of them are even black people like Jesse Jackson. The vast majority of these people have done no where close to the amount of good for black people compared to the support, both voting and financial, the black people have given them.

This guy is one pathetic human being.

I wonder how this will affect the larger corporations that buy up many tickets. I believe this is a major part of what has sustained our sell out streak. I don't know if the AD requires them to give donations for those tickets or not. If they do, and one benefit to that company is the deduction, then this might cause some to rethink that practice......which might affect our sell out streak in the future at some point. How will this affect the AD's ability to go get large donations for facilities...etc. from major donors?

Thanks for your opinion. Yes, that's pretty much what I'm saying. I'm not arguing for or against this part of the bill. I'm still trying to wrap my head around exactly what it will all mean for Husker athletics and me as a fan. I was pointing out that it should affect other schools the same as Nebraska. So....competitively speaking, this might not have that much of an effect.

An important thing to keep in mind is that this affects all programs across the board. It's not like something the state of Nebraska is doing that negatively affects the Huskers while not affecting Iowa, Alabama or USC.

This could affect everything from coaches salaries to donations tied to tickets.

Ok....let’s look at this rationally. If a a law enforcement officer sees a lot of evidence that proves a person should not hold an office and then decides he is unfit for office, should he then be banned from investigating that person?

I’m still not understanding who is suppprting this action.
