You know there is this thing called the interweb. You should check it out some time. why? no one has uploaded highlights yet so i'm requesting it I am not going to get in a pissing match with you, but how hard is it to check NFL.com or ESPN.com or any other sports website? People want things handed them to them way too often. if i didn't check then i wouldn't make a post about it. the fact is right now, there is no highlights of burkhead's runs against atlanta out there and im just simply wondering if anyone who recorded it would upload it. Even if I did, I wouldn't "hand" it to you. Build some character and DVR it yourself next time. No free rides. What would Rex think?

Actually, the last player to talk crap was David Gilbert from Wisconsin last year. I wouldn't say he got manhandled either. He had a sack with a forced fumble in the third quarter. I think he backed up what he was saying, even though we got the "W", but I wouldn't have minded if Taylor would have trucked that fool. Gilbert didnt back up sh#t. All he said was Taylor still skips rocks or whatever. Yet, Taylor scorched their ass, you could say, twice. Didn't he retire this year due to injuries? He initially retired because of foot problems but I believe he actually transfered to Miami which is either his home or close to it.

I could see Scott moving laterally to Nebraska. I could absolutely see that. I don't, especially when we didn't give him a shot before. I still think he would. He wanted to be an OC but didn't have any experience at the time. I'm sure he didn't like that but you'd have to think it was understandable. Whenever our spot come available, he'll have experience so I would think he'd get a strong look. Unless he's in line for the head job with the Ducks. Beck didn't have any experience either, I just think Scott won't make a lateral move when he will be a wanted coach after this season. I might be wrong, and I would love to be. But I just don't see it. Have to agree here, in all aspects. I doubt he leaves the most attractive offense for a lateral move to DONU. I would welcome him in a heartbeat if Beck leaves, but jus don't see it. Like Accountability said, I can see him here as a head coach at some point

Pfft. Whatever, man. Beck goes full Watson far too often. We need an OC that will call run plays on every single down. Beck sucks. In all seriousness though, if Beck leaves for greener pastures, you have to think Scott Frost will be in the conversation. I hear the Cowboys have a run-heavy play caller now that would fit us to a T.

I would agree, and hope we keep our style of a fast paced spread, especially bc it has been working well for us(and is fun to watch). Apologies about the broadness and general nature of the question... Just bored at work.

I couldn't ask for a better OC than Coach Beck, but it seems inevitable he will be leaving in the next couple years for a head coaching gig. My question is who will be our next OC? Do we promote within the program and go for someone like Coach Fisher? Do we look outside the program? And, finally, do we keep our spread style since we have the personnel or have a complete offensive over haul?

While im new to contributing to this board, another message board i read, with a reliable source in my opinion, said suttles is already home. According to this, it was his last straw bc he had issues with trouble back home. Not trying to cite info without solid media sources, but the guy with the info is usually a straight shooter.
