Redux

@BIGREDIOWAN Don't feel alone BRI. I've got no clue either.  I thought bitcoin was some basically useless virtual currency for use in cyberspace. Didn't know you could invest in it (or why you would want to).

@Comfortably Numb think of it like buying a bunch of currency in another country that's showing a lot of economic growth. I remember as a kid I could get almost 2 dollars Canadian for my American dollar. If I had held onto that until now the rate is much more favorable. 

I'm buying a currency that's continuing to improve and I can sell it when I think the time's right. 

@Huskerzoo Okay...but are there more than very limited options where you could actually buy something with bitcoins? I guess it makes sense to invest if you think it will go up but I find it concerning that it may not be able to be readily converted or conveniently spent. It sort of seems it may go the way of the dodo bird...? I might just be too old.
