The other thing to remember, is there will be additional QBs available after spring ball. There always is. Kids will transfer when they don't win the starting gig or don't mesh with new coaching staffs.

My favorite was when we had Kenny Cheatham (Cheat'em) and Bobby Newcombe (Nuke'em) as as split ends. I always thought it was cool that we had a name like that on either side of the field.

Ditto. Had the same thing. I retrained myself to throw a football, but still can't throw a baseball with any accuracy or velocity and my surgery was 18 years ago.... (Damn I feel old now.)

Who freaking cares, this is a non-issue and only brought up if you're looking for something to rage about. If Frost has a successful season he is back in 2023. If he has another season like this one, he is gone. If it is somewhere in between that is for Trev to decide and his decision will anger/ frustrate just as many as it pleases. Any metrics to be met are probably in a performance improvement plan locked away in a HR file somewhere and have no place in a publicly released document anyway.

Call me crazy, but doesn't this seem much like trading Martinez for Auburn's version of Martinez??? Will his ankle even be ready for spring ball? Love getting a senior qb with big game experience. Just not sure its better than we had. Maybe both just needed a fresh start and will be all the better for it.
