  1. Considering Nate's effort in the classroom last season, I can see that being an issue. If that's truly the case with multiple players, new AD in or not, things aren't looking good on the Riley staying front.
  2. We are beginning to see what it may look like. Some interesting things, at least to me. ... Along way to go, and I'm guessing a lot of changes to come. With healthcare changes on hold for a while because there's no way they'll get to 60 with anything anytime soon and Trump will try to kill ACA due to no actions by him. This will be the next big agenda piece. It'll be interesting to watch how this unfolds. As a middle class family man, I'm tentatively in support the three things listed here. Of course this is just the bullet points, once we get into the weeds of the bill, I may find more problems than things I like, but so far, I can actually say this seems OK. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/09/27/republicans-unveil-tax-plan-call-for-doubling-deduction-and-cutting-rates.html
  3. Any talk of Ed Stewart? Works for the Big XII right now, but I remember before Eichorst was hired, there was some talk of him coming to fill this role.
  4. Why is Kathy Griffin sitting next to Melanoma?
  5. http://www.cnn.com/2017/09/14/asia/north-korea-missile-launch/index.html Kim Jong Un at it again. Another missle over Japan into the pacific ocean.
  6. And now, with Trump throwing this back to Congress to fix, if it doesn't pass it's because of the obstructionist Democrats. http://www.newsweek.com/republicans-tell-democrats-well-give-you-daca-if-you-fund-trumps-border-wall-659488
  7. Getting closer to that war. https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/4361741/us-nuke-capable-jets-drop-bombs-near-north-korea-border-after-donald-trump-warned-talking-was-not-the-answer
  8. Can you challenge a presidential pardon? Guess we'll find out. https://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/right-turn/wp/2017/08/30/legal-challenge-to-arpaio-pardon-begins/?tid=ss_tw&utm_term=.4ddcdbe40b21
  9. The NK problem has been stewing and passed on for so long, and now that things are at a critical mass, it falls into the lap of the person least capable of handling this correctly. Perhaps that's why things are ratcheting up. Either way, this is not good news. I'm not sure what the right move is next, but after the 'fire and fury' comments and now this, we have pretty much backed ourselves up into a corner where we have to act now. http://www.cnn.com/2017/08/29/asia/north-korea-missile-launch-guam-threat/index.html
  10. wasn't nearly as dark as I thought it would get. Still cool to see.

  12. Just disbanded his CEO council after ANOTHER CEO decided to leave. This just hours after saying he has plenty waiting to join when people leave.
  13. I've been embarrassed, I've been ashamed, I've been disappointed in the actions of trump. This has me downright <censored>. My parents grew up in Germany during WWII, they witnessed countless acts of horror done by them. Witnessing relatives executed in front of them, family members taken away and put in concentration camps. For them to survive that horror escape East Germany, be proud patriots that served in the military, fought in Vietnam, only to have the president defend nazis is sickening. No words can express the anger I have to the words he has said and what he has turned that office into.
  14. Seriously WHAT THE....did the president just defend Nazis? Bleeping Nazis?? What the bleeping bleep....

  16. And unless I missed them, the only one he called and slammed for leaving was the black man.
  17. Yes, it's a thing. They do that so new people will see it. People may miss the tweet the first time, so they keep refreshing it in their time line. Many published articles are posted multiple times.
  18. Oh Donnie, when will you ever learn not to tweet so much?? http://www.cnn.com/2017/08/08/politics/trump-retweet-fox-news-north-korea-story-haley/index.html
  19. I'm sure Trumps all for it, have NK nuke those snowflake libs in Cali and strengthen his base....
  20. The crime one. True crime, especially getting in the minds of serial killers fascinates me. I'd have LOVED to have taken a class like that.
  21. Any one give Ozarks on Netflix a watch? Hearing a lot of talking comparing it favorably to Breaking Bad
  22. That's what all insurance is, forced helping of those in need. Homeowners insurance, basically forced through mortgages, helps those in a crisis. I've never (knock on wood) have had to file a homeowners claim, but am I upset that I am forced to have insurance to own a home? No. Car insurance, in Nebraska, it's a requirement. Is anyone out there that thinks this is a bad thing and petitioning Ricketts to get rid of this? I'm all for freedom of choice, let people pick and choose the health insurance they want, but like other types of insurance, to be effective it should be mandatory. Yes, there are ways to get out of those forced insurances, I don't have to own a vehicle or a home, but if I want them I am required to have insurance. The same can be said for health insurance. And if you can't afford health insurance for whatever the circumstance may be, yes, there should be a subsidy to assist you. Government offers so many different subsidies to assist in the reduction of costs across industry lines, health insurance should also be one of them.
