    OK, rewatched the game. It is not as bad as it seemed. the two late turnovers really affected the outcome, both yardage and points.

      I think it was played and coached like a glorified scrimmage (I hope :/). Very vanilla offensive game plan, new faces on defense, some real bad officiating. Blasphemous I know, but not a fan of watching this team run the option.

      Savage Husker. you are spot on. It's what I've been trying to explain. The game plan was more complex for the spring game. Thanks JJ for re-watching it. I was pretty bummed last night too till I re-watched it last night. IF it wouldve been last years personel making them mistakes, Wyo may have laid 60 on us. Our speed made up for a lot like most of us thought it would.

      option is fine when mixed with other things. I don't know how running the option with a dynamite RB and one of the nation's fastest QBs could ever be a bad thing
