El Diaco, I've got a MB 30 with the bluetooth. The app is worthless and doesn't work right so I don't use it, but I love the smoker. Works great and I've used it several times. You can buy something called a wedge to use pellets in this smoker instead of chips and it'll last a lot longer so you don't have to fill it as much from what I've heard.

Is there any downside for the Traeger for long slow (12-16 hour) smokes, like a full size brisket? That is the one thing I would like to be able to handle easily. I can do less than 8 hour smoking at work with my traditional smoker and I can handle steaks and burgers etc. on my propane grill. But the long smokes and medium temp chicken etc at home would be awesome.

It doesnt hold a constant temp. Fluctuates +/- 5°
